About the NZ Real Estate Salesperson Exam

To become a licensed real estate salesperson in NZ, candidates must complete the NZ Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) Level 4 and pass the required assessments. The theoretical components cover NZ real estate law and practice, regulated by the Real Estate Authority (REA) under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.
